At TridentCare, we have listened to our customers’ needs since our inception. We heard from both patients and medical professionals that early morning draws were highly unpopular among patients and may not be responsive to the treating physician‘s/non-physician practitioner’s diagnostic needs. After meeting with industry leaders, it was identified that there were few operational and medical requirements that necessitated early morning collections.
We heard, “It’s just always been done that way.” So we set about changing the way we did business to serve you better. Now to the great satisfaction of patients, staff, and physicians, our Evening Draw Model is our primary routine collection schedule for our laboratory customers.
